Information regarding the Application Form.

Membership to join the network is conditional upon confirmation of the application form. Members should complete the application form available on the Better Business Network website. If accepted, the member will have access to the Better Business Network according to their chosen membership level. If you are unable to access the application form or have any difficulties/questions regarding the contents of the application form, please contact the Better Business Network.

We reserve the right to reject an applicant and remove their access to the Better Business Network.

If an application is unsuccessful, the Better Business Network team will retain the applicant’s contact details for six months. The prospective member will be notified of this decision via email

The information provided within the application process is to ensure the prospective business/member applying for membership shares the same values as the Better Business Network community.

Questions included within the application concerning your business relate to the industry the business operates in, the type of business it is, and the purpose behind the business. Further information regarding your business goals and accreditations alongside your membership in additional business networks form part of the application form. These details are necessary to ensure that all businesses/members who join the network comply with the values of the network and are purpose-driven businesses who want to grow their business and make the world a better place.

Examples of businesses that do not comply with the values of the network and thus shall not be admitted for membership are conglomerates or those involved in the production, operation, trade, or sale of any the following.

Fast fashion, tobacco, gambling, firearms and weapons, pornography, payday or high interest lending, MLM’s, zero hour contracts or a history of human rights violations.

This is not an exhaustive list: the Better Business Network team works on a case by case basis, and all applications are dealt with individually.

If we require further information from a business during the application process, we will contact them directly.
